The ‘Store’ button on your educator login gives you access to a huge range of additional resources, including workbooks which directly support the Course. These workbooks are strongly recommended for students on the Foundation Levels (A – D) or for struggling learners at higher levels. StepsWeb will tell you which workbook each student needs, based on their Course Level. E.g: Student on Level 3 will need Workbook 3.

This is easy. You can simply add those licences to your account through the ‘Subscription’ button on your educator management page. They will be active straight away and we will invoice you pro rata for the remainder of your main licence period.
Unfortunately not. However, you can delete or deactivate a student and allocate their login to a new/different student.
Yes, there is a 14-day free trial available. The trial is the full version of the StepsWeb program, but with no commitment. At the end of the trial period, you can simply convert the account to a paid one.

This is sometimes possible, so please contact us to discuss your needs. Bear in mind that most struggling students will need workbook support. If StepsWeb is trialled without appropriate workbook support, your results for these students will not show the full benefit of the program.
